Three Local Companies Among the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America

Three Waukesha County companies are ranked among the Inc. 5000, the annual list of the fastest growing companies in the country. Xorbix Technologies, the Hartland-based custom software development firm, ranked number 1,925 overall and 16th among Wisconsin firms. Xorbix was founded in 1998 and provides IT and Tableau consulting, mobile app and custom software development, as well as managed software as a service. 

MLG Holding Company, the parent company of MLG Capital in Brookfield, came in at #3,141 nationwide and 26th in the state. MLG Capital is an outsourced investment manager in private real estate for investment advisors, family offices and high net worth individuals. It was founded in 1987 and reports that it has active, exited or pending real estate investments valued in excess of $6.4 billion across the United States.

The Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage of revenue growth from 2019 to 2022. To qualify, companies must be US-based, privately held, for-profit and independent (not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies), as of December 31, 2022. There are minimum revenue requirements for eligibility. Companies must apply to be considered for the Inc. 5000 list.
