Hendricks Commercial Properties has added four new tenants at The Grain, Delafield’s first mass timber development located at 705 Genesee Street. Brunch Delafield, NONA Nutrition, RBC Wealth Management and Velvet & Tulle Boutique are slated to open in 2024. These tenants join Synthetaic and Midwest Insurance Group, who signed on as tenants earlier this year.

Brunch Delafield is an upscale breakfast and lunch restaurant serving traditional breakfast items with a modern twist. This will be the second franchise run of the Milwaukee-based restaurant and its fourth location with the others located in Milwaukee, Brookfield and Cedarburg.

NONA Nutrition is a café serving acai smoothie bowls, smoothies and coffee drinks with an emphasis on using organic, high-quality, fresh ingredients. Nona also supplies nutritional supplements, super foods and other unique grocery items that help promote healthy lifestyles.

RBC Wealth Management is a wealth management firm that provides financial planning, investment advice, and other services to individuals, families, and businesses. The firm has over $500 billion in assets under management and services clients in over 100 countries.

Velvet & Tulle Boutique is a woman-owned women’s clothing store that carries clothing, jewelry, shoes, accessories and home décor. The boutique is located in Janesville, Wisconsin and is known for its unique selection of fashion-forward pieces.

“We’re excited to welcome these businesses to The Grain,” said Rob Gerbitz, president and CEO of Hendricks Commercial Properties. “This is a unique space for these tenants, and we’re eager for the impact they’ll make in downtown Delafield.”

A $25 million, two-building development, The Grain is pushing sustainable design forward in Lake Country using mass timber, a state-of-the-art construction method that combines solid wood panels and beams to create a strong, versatile structure. It will feature office, retail and restaurant space along with 125 combined surface and underground parking stalls. It will have 60,000 square feet of office space and 18,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space on the one-acre lot.
