Froedtert Health to Acquire Full Ownership of Network Health

Froedtert Health announced today that it has agreed to acquire Ascension Wisconsin’s 50 percent interest in Network Health to become the sole owner. Network Health is a Menasha-based company that provides commercial, individual, and Medicare health insurance plans.

In Waukesha County, Network Health offers employer and individual health insurance plans, as well as three of its Medicare plans: Medicare Bravo, Medicare Go, and Medicare Anywhere. Froedtert Health stated that existing Network Health members will not experience any network disruption resulting from the acquisition. Ascension Wisconsin will remain in-network for Network Health members so they can continue to see their Ascension physicians.
