This order constitutes a legally binding agreement between the advertiser (Company) and Focus Waukesha for placing the advertising as indicated in the submitted purchase form on our website and in any related email exchanges between Focus Waukesha and the Company.
All content is subject to approval by Focus Waukesha, and we reserve the right to edit or reject your advertisement or listing if needed. If your advertisement is not approved, you will receive a full refund.
All advertisements include a link to the URL you designate for your website or landing page. Ads run consecutively based on start date.
Display ads are Run of Site (ROS) unless fixed position or exclusive position is requested and confirmed. ROS ads rotate throughout the site and can appear on any page in any open placement. Fixed position and exclusive position is based on availability.
The Company represents and warrants that the person submitting this order is fully authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of the Company, and further understands it is responsible for ensuring the content is approved and provided by the person authorized to do so.
Cancellations and/or changes will be accepted only with written notification to Focus Waukesha at the designated email: [email protected] no less than five (5) business days prior to start date.
The Company assumes liability for all content of advertising placed.
